I'm Ibtu (rhymes with igloo) and I'm the guy behind the camera for Sartorial.

If you've seen my portfolio, you already know I am all about portraiture of all kinds. I believe that portraits can capture a memory in a way that is unlike any other form. They provide windows into moments of life in which you can remember the song you were dancing to in that picture at your wedding, the pride on your mother's face as you stood by her in your graduation regalia, the joke you were laughing at in that photo from your bachelor party, or the confidence in the eyes of your younger self in that dress you loved.

My goal is to help people create these windows into moments in their lives. I want my photos to do justice to those moments so you keep them around for your great grandchildren to find in the attic. For them to sit there smiling because they can't help but imagine how you were feeling in that moment, and the person you were in that moment just by seeing your expression. Your memories deserve to be lasting and you deserve to be remembered as your genuine self. All I ask is that you let me come along for that journey and we have some fun along the way.
